The Maverick: kobe butter burger, cheddar & stout rarebit, crispy onions, kennebec fries – $16

Wow, just wow. This burger was REALLY tasty. The cheese gave it a funky, earthy, umami flavor. The butter mixed into the meat made it melt-in-your-mouth good and so creamy.

This is not what I unusually look for in a burger but it was so damn good that I can’t give it less than five stars. I would happily eat this again and again and again.

The fries were delightfully crispy, all of them, not just some. I try not to finish the fries so as not to over eat, but I couldn’t help it this time.

Did I mention the creaminess of the burger? Go eat it now!
