The Naked Lunch Cheeseburger: Manchego, caramelized onions, pickles, oven dried tomato, butter lettuce, aioli, mustard, Pan de Mie – $11. Note: the toppings change seasonally and I ate this one back in May.

This burger was so f-ing delicious! It was love at first bite! The meat was cooked just right – medium rare, pink in the middle and charred on the edges – and they didn’t even ask how I wanted it.

The cheese was fried and added a very interesting flavor, at first I couldn’t even identify it – that burned cheese flavor – but it wasn’t a put-off. Honestly, I didn’t want to put this burger down and I didn’t want it to end!

The fries had a mesquite BBQ flavor sprinkled on top. Some of them were crispy, but not all of them so overall not enough crispy consistency for me. But they had great flavor, so I ate them anyway 🙂

I would definitely eat a burger here again. I might even trek across the city just to do so.
