The burger: Angus beef patty, dill pickle relish, little gem lettuce, special sauce, side of potatoes. For $12 and I added an egg for $1. The toppings may vary a little.
What a great burger! The glorious toppings were delightful. They added so much flavor, every bite was a little different. I had to eat it with a knife and fork because it was so big and messy — just the way I like it! I highly recommend adding the egg especially if you’re a fan of runny yolk. The bun was soft and eggy, might have been brioche.
- The meat was cooked just right – they didn’t even ask me how I wanted it – and it tasted great, wasn’t boring. Just the right mix of saltiness, rareness and char.
- The burger is available for brunch on weekends and at dinner, except for Monday nights when Dear Mom does pop-ups.
The potatoes were also yummy, a little crispy and soft in the middle, salted well.
